By registering and using the YourEliteAgent.com service, you agree that:

-You must have an active license to practice real estate that is in good standing within your respective state.

-You must be a broker or associate that has been full time involved in the sales of real estate for at least the past three years.

-You must be a full-time associate or broker (no part-time hobbyist please!).

-You must have individually sold five million in real estate, or closed 20 transactions in the preceding 12 months.

-We welcome teams as well; please submit your 12 month sales history in the registration form.

-You are soly responsible as to how you represent yourself to YourElieAgent.com or to a potential buyer or seller that are referred to you us

-You are adequately insured and are in compliance with all governing real estate licensing laws.

-It is your responsibility to provide clients with all legal notices and disclosures that are pertinent to the purchase or sale of their real estate.

-You must pay a 30% referral fee to YourEliteAgent.com, based on gross commission of the side(s) that where referred by YourElitAgent.com, for all closed transactions resulting from our referral to you. 

May we suggest that you include the following information in your bio?  What type of property do you specialize in?  Do you prefer to work exclusively with just buyers or sellers?  We are looking for professionals that can cover the gamut in buying and selling.  From horse farms to high rises, apartment buildings to boat slips, commercial to agriculture, and of course condos to homes; we need to know what you specialize in.  We place our referrals based on the likely success of the client / professional Realtor relationship as this is a win-win for everyone.  So, please tell us about you and your business.  We would like to get a paragraph or two brief bio on you basically answering the, who, what, where, why, when, and how long.  We like to give your clients a little warm up as to who they will be working with.  Also, please ensure you include all your contact information so we will be able to contact you in a timely manner.
